We have written this page to make the ordering process easier for you.  We also want you to be comfortable with the ordering process and the security of your information.

All of our orders are handled by the WallCann Secure Platform, through the Australia Best Buys website.  If you click on any "Buy Now" button - you will be taken to that product page on the Australian Best Buys. 

We have done this to ensure complete security around your financial and personal information.

Shopping online is a convenient way to get better prices on a large range of products, however with this in mind, you also need to trust the site that you are purchasing from.

We have moved sales to www.australia-best-buys.com for the following reasons.

1. Greater security for you - We never get to see your personal information.
2. The Australia Best Buys site uses the WallCann Sales platform which is backed and processed by the National Bank.
3. The price and availability of products is now automatically updated quicker than we can do manually, further ensuring that pricing is kept low and giving you a better shopping experience with the latest information.
4. A greater range of delivery options to suit you, after all it's your choice.

Secure Delivery Tracking - The WallCann Secure Platform allows you to nominate your preferred shipping method, and you can even log in and track your delivery.  The WallCann secure login allows you to only provide your details once - Future orders will not require that you add this information again.
6. A greater range of payment options including Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit and Paypal. You can also cancel your purchase at any time prior to pressing the process payment button.  Once you have processed your payment you will be sent a receipt by email as your record of the transaction.  Please keep this until after your purchase has been delivered.

The Ordering Process

On the Australia Best Buys site, select any options that may be applicable - size, colour and quantity - click on the "Add To Cart" button.  This will take you to a pre checkout page where you can ensure that you have the right product.  

In the "Get Shipping Quote" box, enter Australia as the country from the drop down menu, and enter in your postcode - Click "Get Quote", The screen will display the method and cost of delivery - Choose the delivery method that is suitable for you.

Proceed to Checkout.  The next screen will ask your email address, and if you are a returning customer or not.  For new customers, simply enter your email address and click continue.
