Measure wheelchair specifications such as the height, seat depth and seat width, chair depth and chair width (You can find these measurements by clicking on the "Buy Now" buttons to reveal complete specifications). The depth should be sufficient to provide support yet not be so great that the backs of the knees rub uncomfortably against the seat. Make sure that you know what the width of the wheelchair when it is open as well as when closed.

You need to ensure that the wheelchair will be able to move freely though door ways. Knowing what the size is when closed will let you know if the wheelchair will transport easily in a car. Make sure that you also check the weight capacity so that the user will have a comfortable ride. Include any cushions in the measurements that you take.

 Wrap Around Boots

The Shear Comfort® Wrap Around Boots share many of the special properties of the Pressure Care Boots with the key difference being that the toes are enclosed and therefore protected by the sheepskin at the front. This design offers generous Velcro straps for easy closure and Shear Comfort’s® unique rubber soles for outdoor as well as indoor use.  Shear Comfort boots are very useful to the wheel chair bound.
