1 Flat Stomach Rule, Obey And Get A Killer Stomach


We all dream off a hot body. We think of it in full: toned arms, gorgeous legs, tantilizing buttocks, and of course, right there in the middle of it all, the perfectly flat stomach, maybe lightly kissed with the beautiful indentations of 6 pack abs. Why is the flat stomach so sought after? Because it’s smack in the middle of our bodies? It’s possible. I think it’s because the flat stomach of our dreams is so hard to attain – in fact, the hardest muscle to show off is the stomach. Maybe that’s why we’re so obsessed with it? So do I. We must know the facts about our annoying stomach regions to be able to get the flat stomach we want and deserve. So know the 1 flat stomach rule, obey it! And obey all of the others that come with it. Hey, if a flat stomach was super easy to have, we’d all have one.

But because you and I want to be in the sexy upper class, the toned flat stomach-group, we’re ready to do the work and learn the flat stomach rule, right? Cool.

Even would be body builders can get so saddened by the lack of noticable development in their stomach area that they quit before the magic happens. Unknown to them, their stomach muscles are already there, toned, ready to be flaunted, but they’re blanketed under a pesky layer of fat.

1 Flat Stomach Rule, Obey!: The stomach is the spot where fat travels to first! How should we use this knowledge to help us? You need to go about getting a flat stomach by taking the correct sequence of actions. Don’t start crunches with a chubby pouch! Crunches do not get rid of stomach flab, but work the muschles underneath it. Instead, do intense cardiovascular exercise: run, swim, climb stairs, do anything that gets your heart rate pumping! As soon as you can handle more, do more, do NOT fall into a “routine.”

Cardio Exercise burns fat. Burning fat is the whole point in this initial stage.

Of course, the best cardio exercises are free. Take your dog for a walk, go to a leashless park and challenge him or her to some races. Have fun with it. Make the commitment. Cardio is the tried and true way to lose weight, and that’s that!

What else causes you to lose fat? Dieting. But if you’re like me, dieting is frustrating and not worth the stress! 1 Flat Stomach Rule, Obey!: Make small, simple to follow changes to your diet. Cut your pieces of cake in half (but, let them eat cake!). Switch a glass of soda with water once a day. Make small changes you can take pride in, not that will leave you unsatisfied or even ticked off! So many more of these easy and worthwhile tips are below.

Since we are drastically and quickly decreasing our weight with cardio exercise and slight dieting, we want to be sure that we have the toned abs that we’re trying to flaunt! It is only now that you may start to do some daily crunches. The same rules apply here as in our cardio workouts. Change your work out regularly (1 flat stomach rule, obey: work out routines should never exist! This is a horrible term!)

Here’s an example of some very effective variation: Say you’re starting with 30 crunches a day. On your third day, you notice that the 30 crunches was much easier to do than on the first day. This is your time (nay, duty, if you want that flat stomach) to intensify! Add ten more side crunches to each side — Now you’ve scaled up to 50 crunches and are varying the parts of the stomach getting a work out! It can be that easy!

So our last 1 Flat Stomach Rule, Obey! is this: After seeing a decrease in weight from cardio and eating better, start daily crunches, and DO NOT fall into a routine!
