The Right Foods For Low Carb Diet Planning

If you thought life in the low carb diet’s lane is a difficult and boring one, think again. Just because you’re doing a low carb diet, it doesn’t mean that the foods you eat have to be tasteless and are difficult to get or make. Once you know the secret to a great low carb diet, you will be wondering to yourself why you hadn’t thought of these foods before for your low carb diet, because all it really takes is getting the right recipes and ingredients.
Knowing what you can eat when doing a low carb diet is important. The list includes meats, eggs, poultry, fish and shellfish, as they contain little or no carbohydrate. As for foods that you should avoid, it is a known fact that most processed meats are often loaded with sugar; and we know that sugar equals to carbohydrates. This effectively means that meats like salami and ham are off your dinner menu.
If during your diet you often experience hunger in between the meals you have, you’ll be glad to know that snacks are also encouraged to be eaten. Not just any snacks, mind you, but nutritious snacks that have low carbs. You can have these types of snacks to keep your body running well. Have the healthy snacks nearby at all time, as you don’t want to be going to the vending machine instead to get unhealthy snacks. If you can’t think of any good healthy snacks, then the following examples will come handy.
Hard-boiled eggs, deviled eggs, dill pickles, sunflower seeds, nuts, and celery taken with peanut butter are all great healthy snacks that you can eat during the day. They are all fairly easy to find and make, perfect for those 2 – 5 pm time when your tummy starts to rumble. Try to keep these snacks available in your food cabinet.
Doing the low carb diet in order to get slim and healthy is not something to be sneezed at, as the diet works great in helping you burn fat faster and gain muscle. However, you can’t expect to see any real result until at least 6 weeks. Once you see the result though, it will be worth the effort. As always, you should always consult to your doctor or nutritionist before doing any diet, that way you can make sure it’s something that fits the condition of your body.

The best time for eggs is actually in the morning. This is because of your overnight fast from sleeping. You need some good protein in the morning to kick your metabolism into gear.
2. For lunch and dinner… always eat a soup or salad before the meal
This allows you to eat your favorites. The thing is, the soup and or salad will block out you eating too much of your favorites. Most people don’t have favorite foods that are healthy. So this method for calorie reduction is very powerful.
3. Use your snacks to keep you from having bad cravings
With my clients, I usually focus a lot of my attention on their snacks and how they snack. I believe snacking is an easy bridge towards eating a lot better quickly… without you feeling like you’re suffering. Some good snacks that I recommend are low calorie yogurts, apples, string cheese, beef jerky, dill pickles, and dark grapes.
This is the best weight loss diet for someone who wants flexibility in what they eat… without having to give up their favorite foods during their major meals.

If you want to shrink 2 of your biggest female fat zones, your hips and thighs, then reading the protocols I outline below will help you accomplish this. I don’t know how much this advice will help you, but if you do follow it or just some of it, IT WILL help you. Besides looking better, let’s get your health to be better as well. Without good health, you truly have nothing!
Hips and Thighs – 2 Female Fat Zones that will Shrink
1. Eat better, duh
Ok, ok… that’s common-sense advice. Here are some specifics that aren’t too hard for most people to do.
First, get your snacks under control. For this, you need high protein foods, high fiber foods, and bulk type foods that fill you up. The best choices that are cheap and readily available are apples (fiber), string cheese (protein), beef jerky (protein), 10 black olives (bulk), dill pickles (bulk), or a protein bar (protein).
If you notice, these provide you with a variety of tastes. The majority of any cravings you have will be satisfied by 1 of these foods.
2. Do “incremental cardio” at home
The best way for a majority of busy people to do cardio is in small increments. A 15 minute drive to and from a gym as well as a 45 minute workout… that’s just too much time out of your schedule to be able to consistently do that.
To replace that, you can workout at home in as little as 2 minute sessions… whenever you have a few minutes of free time.
This actually allows you to get in more weekly cardio than if you went to a gym regularly… while saving you a lot of time. How this works is easy. What you do is take things such as TV commercials, time while cooking, time right before you eat, etc… to do mini-workouts.
Good exercises you can use include jumping on a mini-trampoline (my favorite), hula hooping (great for hips), jumping rope, bodyweight squats, and jumping jacks.
Take for example TV commercials. We all watch more TV than we admit to. So take advantage of this fact. There are about 20 minutes of commercials per hour of TV. Use that. 10 commercials of 2 minutes.
So in 1 hour of TV watching, you get to watch TV and get in 20 minutes of working out. Done each day, that’s an easy 2 hours and 20 minutes of working out each week. But you don’t need to limit yourself to just that or those parameters. You can also do 5-10 minute mini-workouts. Whatever. This is flexible. Do what fits your schedule best.
Female fat zones, such as your hips and thighs, will become more toned and firmer while you lose weight following these 2 very simple tips.

Here are some important diet guidelines for women to follow when trying to lose weight without driving yourself crazy. Weight loss isn’t easy, but it’s also not that hard. You don’t need to suffer or deprive yourself to lose weight. Read this now to find out more.
Diet Guidelines for Women
1. Load up on salads and soups
I’m going to say this and I hope I don’t regret it. You’re allowed to eat whatever it is you normally eat. OK? BUT… in order for this to work, you will need to eat a salad or soup before or with the meal.
This allows you to still eat your COMFORT FOODS while forcing you to eat less of them. No willpower is needed here. Make your own soups and salads. Don’t buy pre-made ones. By eating these first, you CROWD OUT your favorite food calories. For most people, our favorite foods aren’t healthy. So this must be done.
If you ate a soup or salad before 3 meals a day for the next 10 days, I’m going to guess you will lose at least 2 pounds from this alone. The question is… is that good enough for you or are you looking for a quick fix that helps now, but doesn’t do anything for long term weight loss?
2. Get your snacks under control and meals will be easier to deal with
I almost always adjust my clients snacks before I even come close to touching their meals. Experience has shown me it’s way easier to do it in that order.
The snacks I recommend… 2-3 apples a day, 1-3 yogurts that are 80 or less calories per day, dark grapes, dill pickles, string cheese, and beef jerky. That’s a good healthy variety to satisfy a bunch of different cravings.
I will stop here because I don’t want to give you information overload.

1. Correct your snacks and the meals will usually follow
It’s simple. Junk food snacks lead to overreating at your meals. Why? The snacks are high in sugar usually. This causes wild blood sugar swings which then cause you to get more cravings while you get more hungry. The solution is to eat fiber-filled and protein-filled snacks instead.
Examples that I personally use myself include string cheese, low calorie Wal-Mart yogurts, dill pickles wrapped in a slice of cheese, 10 black olives, and apples. Notice the big differences in the choices. That’s by design. Why? Because you have lots of different cravings and 1 of those will help keep it under control.
2. Do 4 sets of 25-30 bodyweight squats daily
This is beyond simple. Actually, maybe it is a little hard, but it’s not complicated. I want you to do these squats as fast as you can. That is all I ask. Don’t cheat too. You know what I mean too. I see people cheat this movement by not going down far enough. Forget it. It’s a waste of time if you’re going to do that. So don’t bother. Do 4 sets of 25 reps really fast. I prefer you do all these sets 1 after another with a 30-45 second break between them, but do what you have to do. Just get them done by the end of the day… everyday.
These are 2 proven weight loss techniques… use them.
