I came across the a weight loss program named Fat Loss for Idiots not too long ago. Obviously, due to it’s name, I didn’t bother about the program. In fact I thought, it was some scam program and only idiots will fall for it. This belief was further accentuated when the site claimed that you could lose weight by confusing the body to lose weight with calorie shifting.
Really, how could you believe a program like that? Or so I thought? But a friend , thankfully, has been “duped” and has been using the program and has been losing weight!!! And I say, what’s going on!!!
So I finally decided to give a try and and purchased access to the Fat Loss for Idiots Site. I downloaded the e-book and got access to the Online Diet Generator.
After reading the book, I realise that Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a totally unique fat loss program that focuses entirely on manipulating diet and nutrition to lose body fat really fast.
I understood what it is all about. It is simply to make your body behave like an idiot. Or shall I say it confuses your body into such a numb nuts that it can’t guess what you are going to eat the next meal. And with this uncertainty, the body simply decides what the heck and starts using the stored fat in your body as energy.
