The Truth About Abs

The truth about abs is this that once you get that layer of fat covering up that mid section, you must do one of three things before it’s to late. One is dieting changing your eating habits or at least eating less, two is exercising stop waiting for an elevator to take you up one flight of stairs, three is both.

To tell the truth about abs, they are harder to get back the longer you let them go in other words do not wait another 10 years. This is because during the last ten years you were avoiding the long body mirrors when possible, and lost the scale 40 pounds ago. Meanwhile you have a hidden code with all of you friends and that is to never talk about fat, or never say anything about anyone’s weight. This makes everyone feel real good while talking about politics over lunch, and rather than count calories you even stop counting how many plates you had after the third or forth trip to the food bar.

Regain your old six pack or creating a new does not have to be as hard as it used to be. No more 500 situps per day, and or four miles per day. Twenty years ago I lost 35 pounds and i did it just by doing that. I saw Hershel Walker in television while he was playing for the Dallas Cowboys, and he said he had lost 20 pounds before the season began by doing 1000 push ups, and 500 sit ups daily. So I began training and doing the same thing and sure enough i had lost a total of 35 pounds. I was 20 years old at that time.

But again to tell the truth about abs, is they make you feel better, lighter, and breath so much easier. So this time when I had to lose 45 pounds at the age of 40 plus it was no stress, and nothing hard.
