Always remember that no diet is going to be successful without accompanying it with an exercise routine. You could cut yourself down to just a few hundred calories a day (not something we recommend by the way) but if you do not exercise regularly you will not lose any weight. Even if the hardest thing you do is going for a walk each afternoon, you’ll have more success with your weight loss. Exercise increases muscle tone, energy level and focus on the overall weight loss goals you have.
Make sure your calories come from nutritional sources. One of the enemies of weight loss is the empty calorie. These are calories that come from sugars and junk foods. If you cut the empty calories from your diet you will do amazing things for your weight loss program. You only want to consume calories from foods that are helpful to your body. The body stores empty calories in fat cells which grow and increase your weight. Eating a good and healthy diet is the best way to achieve your weight loss goal.
