The Four-day Diet


The four-day diet
Day 1
Breakfast: 1 orange + 2 hard-boiled eggs + 1 cup of black coffee.
Lunch: 8 chernoslivin, soaked in water.
Dinner: 1 egg + 1 orange.

Day 2
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee, a piece of low-fat cheese (50 grams).
Lunch: 1 egg + 1 orange.
Dinner: 1 pear + 1 cup milk or nonfat yogurt.

Day 3
Breakfast: 1-2 cups of tea.
Lunch: 1pomidor + cucumber + 1 piece of cheese (50 grams).
Dinner: 1 cup milk or yogurt.

Day 4
Breakfast: 100 g muesli in the juice or milk.
Dinner: 1 cucumber + 1 tomato.
Dinner: 2 oranges.

Potato-mineral Diet
Monday:
Breakfast – mashed potatoes with butter and milk, a glass of mineral water.
lunch – soup with lean beef with potato dumplings, a glass of mineral water.

Tuesday:
Breakfast – Potato Casserole with vegetables, nonfat chicken broth, a glass of mineral water.
lunch – potato salad, mixed with vegetable oil, a glass of mineral water.

Wednesday:
Breakfast – dumplings with potatoes drenched with cream and a glass you know what.
lunch – soup of potatoes and rice and a glass of the same.

Thursday:
breakfast – boiled potatoes with milk, mineral water.
dinner – potato soup with cereals, cucumber salad with vegetable oil and water.

Friday:
Breakfast – jacket potato, boiled beans and vegetable oil, mineral water.
dinner – potato soup, vegetable salad (cucumbers, cabbage and sweet pepper), mineral water.

Saturday:
Breakfast – Potato Casserole with vegetables or cheese, mineral water.
dinner – potato soup with tomato paste, salad with tomato and mineral water again.

Sunday:
Breakfast – potato pancakes with sour cream, cucumber salad, mineral water.
dinner – potato soup with chicken broth and a salad of beets, fresh cucumber and cabbage, watered yogurt, mineral water.

In the evening there is not one consolation – mineral water you can drink in any quantity.
You can lose 5 kg per potato week.

Diet based on the sauerkraut.
You can have the weight loss about 3 kg.

Day 1
Breakfast: 175 g fat-free cottage cheese with watercress salad, a slice of bread of coarse flour.
Dinner: 200 g sauerkraut, 100 g of roast pork, pear (all need to be stewed).
Dinner: salad with 150 grams of sauerkraut, 4 radishes, 1 / 2 white radishes and 1 / 2 cucumber. Sauce – 75 grams of yogurt with 1 teaspoon of chopped nuts.

Day 2
Breakfast: Banana, 150 g fat-free yogurt, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of oatmeal.
Lunch: soup 200 g sauerkraut (pour 100 ml of broth (from cubes) and 50 ml of apple juice for 5 minutes until it is ready to put in the soup, 2 chopped sweet peppers).
Dinner: salad with 200 grams of sauerkraut with 150 grams of salmon (fry on pan, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt).

3-rd day
Breakfast: Orange salad with 150 grams of cottage cheese (sprinkle with sunflower seeds).
Dinner: 150 g fried pollack with 150 grams of sauerkraut.
Dinner: potato pancakes (3 potatoes) with a salad – 4 grapes and 100 grams of sauerkraut.

Day 4
Breakfast: bread of coarse flour and bran, Gouda cheese (30 grams) and a few cloves of apples.
Dinner: 200 g beef fillet (fried) with 150 grams of sauerkraut and pineapple – stew all this.
Dinner: salad of 3 tomatoes, 100 grams of sauerkraut and 125 grams of pork cuts.
